STAY AWAY FROM DELLA KIA.

onService department was supposed to check break lines (for a recall) on my daughter’s Forte. A week later she was driving down the highway and the brakes failed. We dropped it off at a different dealer (as it was closest). The service manager told me the break lines were badly corroded. Della did not fix the brake lines under the original recall. Instead they put anti-corrosion spray over the lines, which caused them to fail. They either willfully or through negligence, sent my daughter out in a car with badly damaged brakes, risking her life. Even the other dealership said this type of work is completely unacceptable.

Service department at Della Kia has resolved this issue with me and made things right. I understand a mistake was made, but effort was made to correct it.
I would remove the original review, but it doesn’t seem to be an option.
