Hi, I just bought a car from Delia Kia. I dealt with Austin durham and he was great to deal with . The process was smooth and easy and Austin went over everything I needed to know about the car. He even gave me his own iPhone cord to use apple car play on my way out!! There was one mix up with something on the paperwork that I noticed once I got home. So I msged Austin and he returned my call today after checking on it and alerted me that it would be fixed and taken care of. It was a pleasure doing business with u Austin.

I purchased a Kia K4 on March 6,2025 at Della Kia in Plattsburgh NY. My salesman was Frank Pixley. This was my first experience dealing with Della Kia and must say Frank was very helpful with me getting into my K4. The payment I needed to be at was met. He got me into the car in the time I needed. Frank did not pressure me to purchase anything extra that I couldn’t afford. Everything from the workings of the car, maintenance schedule and the delivering of my new car was delivered when stated clean and gas full. I will recommend Della Kia to my friends and family and know they will get the service they will be happy with. Thank you Frank and Della Kia.
