Stevens 112 Ford

My family and I came into Stevens 112 Ford to see if we would all fit into the new Explorer XLT at 7pm. Well to our surprise we were immediately greeted by JP who engaged all of us and treated us like family. It was an absolute pleasure to work with him. We gave him our budget and he said he would do his best to make that work for us. Once he got Paul Guerrera involved we knew we were in the right place. With several upgrades and modifications Paul easily made the deal work for our family. I really felt as though Paul had our best interest in mind and he did. Paul promised us that we can pick up our vehicle the very next day by 1pm with the DVD system & remote start installed and I got a call from him about 12:30pm that the Explorer was ready for pick up! That's when we were introduced to Cody who delivered the car for us. He took his time and was very patient with us as we asked a million questions he was able to easliy answer them all. We were very impressed with all of the sales reps knowledge of the vehicle and it many features. We had a very pleasant experience and feel like we were treat like white glove service. This was our first Ford and it certainly won't be our last at Stevens 112 Ford. Professional, Honest and Sincere would be three words of how we felt about our service at Stevens 112 Ford!
