Stevens 112 Ford

I originally purchased a vehicle from Stevens back in March, *Factory order* When it arrived a few months afterwards most of the *Factory order was wrong. They reordered another one, This one arrived in October. I had the original documents that they gave me. So I knew on the first initial order what I was suppose to get. Upon the *Reorder I was assured that I would get the same price, I asked because I was getting a 2011 rather than a 2010. When it arrived in October I took delivery right away. I was really anxious for the vehicle, Three months delayed, It was rushed to the up-fitter. I lost business because I did not have this vehicle on time. I did not read all the paper work on the delivery day. They over charged me a significant difference, Which I found a month afterwards. I have relationships with other dealers. *Read my other Posts/ Comments. I have never had something like this happen to me before. A fellow colleague of mine recommended me to come here, He is actually a relative of the owner, With that in mind I was not wary of the purchase at all. I left messages, Nothing happened. I do not expect them to make it right. Shame on me for trusting them. My new FORD is great, Too bad I can not say the same about Stevens FORD of Patchogue. Make sure you read and understand your contracts/ documents clearly if you purchase a vehicle here. Good Luck...
