Nissan of Queens

They are not HONEST and transparent. I was given one price with my trade in which it was understood will cover all expenses and they asked for a down payment which I give them. They then started the process of the purchase and continue to add more money towards the down payment and even more to the final amount that I will have to pay. I was exhausted with the process and cheated by these people. I will NEVER recommend anyone to Nissan or Queens on Rockaway Boulevard. Update May 2025: Andy the manager sat with me and handled all of my concerns and I am very satisfied with everything. I recommend Andy and the team at Nissan of Queens.
