Unorganized and rude

onDisorganized, and rude. Got there for a CONFIRMED appointment, was walked to the desk BY THE GREETER, stated I had an appointment and my name and was met with “I don’t have any more appointments today. I just sent all my guys home. We are redoing our floors”. I showed him my confirmation from the day before and from that same morning. And he repeated the same, even more adamantly. Apparently the greeter took me to the Quicklane desk instead of the Service desk and this was an unforgivable sin on my part. Once they figured this out, I was ushered to the other desk, a whole 6 feet away. No apology whatsoever.
