Honda of New Rochelle

Very disappointed with my experience with that car dealership. They pull the classic bait and switch on me: calling me several times to confirm my appointment and assuring me the car i was interested in was there but informing me that it has been sold the minute i got there and pivoting to other interesting ‘deals’. After the 5th offer of considering a different type of car than what i wanted, i had to let them know that i found their attempts at steering me in another direction disrespectful and that they should stop. Then, after reluctantly engaging them in several back and forth on prices for another pick, their final offer ended being HIGHER than the sticker price while telling me it was a good deal. I smiled and politely said thanks but no thanks and left. Will never look at their website in the future.
