I was greeted the moment I walked through the door. Geri asked what type of car I was looking for, what type of interior, he showed the car's features and explained them to me. Took me for a test drive to get a feel for the car. He also showed me how to pair my cell phone to the Bluetooth in the car before I left. Great service all around.
