Overall the dealership is very welcoming to guests! Our rep, Joann W. was nice and accommodating. She was very courteous and helpful with situations that we needed to address to the manager. The manager, Dmitri who actually approached us personally to work with us on the deal as opposed to most dealers where they hide behind their sales team, which gets annoying. Darwish, the finance manager was also great in securing us on the financing side of the purchase. We can forget Allan who was very courteous over the phone and providing information that matters, which some dealership only wants to lure you in and waste time.
