Crown Ford

I wanted to recognize outstanding customer service for my 2020 Ford Expedition that was recently serviced at Crown Ford in Lynbrook I was having reoccurring issues with the rear AC blowing hot air that a competitive Ford dealership could not fix after numerous attempts which is what led me to Crown Ford. I was genuinely impressed with Bernie's dedication to finding a solution to the complicated issue which was not easy to do and it was obvious that his technician background helped play a huge role. He kept me in the loop throughout the entire process and was incredibly professional. It's been a few weeks now since the issue was fixed and I can confidently say that after a road trip this past weekend to New Hampshire, the AC is blowing out cold air which keeps my wife and 4 kids happy!
