If I could give a car buying experience 1000 stars, I would. This was by far the fairest, easiest, and most transparent experience I have ever had. Not only did they give us a fair deal on both our trade in and our new car, but they communicated the way I prefer (text) instead of a barrage of calls. Wayne was amazing! I can’t say enough good things about him!!! And he even delivered the car to me in Rochester because my work day got crazy and I couldn’t make it up to Lockport. That allowed me to sign all paperwork at home. I can’t describe how easy the whole process was! Thanks, Wayne, for your kindness, transparency, and excellent customer service.
