Town & Country Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE Paid for them to register our new Ram 1500 and we had to pay extra because it was being registered in NC. Been calling for 2 weeks and they have no answer. Finally got Mike Perez on the phone today and he said it's not his problem you can't drive the car it will take a few more days after going back and forth on the phone he told me 'WE CAN DANCE AROUND THIS ALL DAY" ... I went down to the dealership to request a loaner car since I can no longer drive my brand new truck with no plates. He didn't want any customers hearing they can't follow through with their job, so he called the police... Apparently the police are at this dealership every week because of the same thing.... They delete all negative feedback on the FB page so customers and corporate can't see it, and then they block you so you can't write anyting anymore.. After turning away 6 customers last night, they told me they will make my next car payment but I have to sign a paper saying I won't come back to the dealership and they did nothing wrong and made no mistakes and I was lying about my situation.
