Dealership Sales Review
Worst Experience I've Had So Far With Leasing A Car...I had an Altima I was trading in with 2 payments left, after being told multiple times that they were willing to take over my last 2 payments from me, I later found out (only after Nissan called me and told me I had payments to make still) that they took the amount of my renaming payments and used that as a "credit" and included that amount with the money I put "down" and I was still suppose to make my payments to my Altima (that they made me sign over to them as part of the deal). During my whole negotiation process, I made sure to ask multiple times that the money I was putting down was to include my first payments, taxes, fees and that the rest of the amount I was willing to put down was to help get me at an affordable monthly payment that I was happy with and nothing else needed to be added. After finding all of this out from my salesman, Casey, and after he told me to take a look at my contract to make sure this was the case and to call him back, he never returned my calls and I had to go down to the dealership in person. After requesting to talk to a manager (I believe his name was Chris) and told him the whole story, there was nothing he was willing to do since everything "was in the contract" so now I'm stuck with having to make payments on 2 separate cars. I have never had an issue like this before and can not believe this is the response and treatment I have been getting from someone who has only been a new customer for barely over a month. The first night I was at this dealership, there was a couple behind me fighting with their sales rep and how he was doing nothing to help them out, should have taken that as a sign. Worst dealership and worst experience I've had to date. If I could rate them with zero stars I would.
