Town & Country Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram
Dealership Sales Review
i was interested in 2014 jeep grand Cherokee. the sales people is ok, gave me pretty decent trade in value. at the very beginning, i thought i was so blessed and lucky to get a great deal with jeep, but after that everything turned to be my nightmare with Jeep. 1. "PRE DESTINATION FEE" this is the first time i heard about this fee for a pre-owned vehicle. the price was 29995, but my sale associate wrote 31650 on the price form without saying anything or explanation before i noticed that difference. i had dealt with TOYOTA, MINI and ACURA on both new and used cars. this is the first time i saw sales people wrote a number that was different with what we have agreed, also the first time i heard about this fee on used car. 2. "MUST FINANCE NO LESS THAN 90% WITH DEALERSHIP" If the dealship can give me a more decent APR, i can definitely go with it. but the finance manager gave me a horrible rate even i already shown him the rate i got approved by other bank. it is 1.5% more than what i have been approved!!!!!!! i m not sure this statement is legal or not, if it is illegal, and please anyone do something on this to stop this trap on customers. i will absolutely not recommend this dealership to anyone, and i am curious why they have 4.5 review on this website as well as they have only 3.5 on the google.
