My husband and I walked into the dealership to take a look at the 2018 Trackhawk (valued at $98K). We showed up about 20 minutes prior to closing but we really just wanted to get some information about leasing it. ROBERT TANTILLO was sitting at the desk across from the vehicle and after confirming that he wasn't with another customer, we asked if we could take a look inside (it was locked). "That's a hundred thousand dollar car," he says. I shot back with a smile, "I'm well aware of how much it costs." He says, "If you want to buy it, put a deposit down." I found his demeanor so condescending that I was ready to walk out. My husband asked again if we could see the inside and he said he'd have to go get the key and walked away. He came back a few moments later and said that being that it is so close to closing and everyone was busy but offered to take our information. Guess what, ROBERT TANTILLO, you could've just said that from the beginning without your patronizing comments. We are taking our business elsewhere and I'll be sure to "Pretty Woman" ROBERT TANTILLO'S ass with our Trackhawk and assure him that he missed out on a HUNDRED THOUSAND commission.
