Town & Country Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram

I was trying to get a hold of some information about a ram 1500 for about 3 days...I kept being told I would be called back and it continued to not happen so I had to call and follow up to be told DAN isn’t in and no one could help me....he finally returns my call (on the day they said he was off) not having a clue about any information I asked other people...NO COMMUNICATION WITH CUSTOMERS OR THEIR OWN DEALERSHIP TEAM. Sad. I was coming from 3 1/2 hours away to buy a truck out right from them and they tell me they can not work with me on the price at all...he went to ask him manager about the number I said but then would continue to say we don’t negotiate price...why would you go ask several times if you guys did not work with your customers?? Doesn’t make sense. DAN told me word for work in 38 years of being opened they have never worked with a customer on price and have never lowered any price on any vehicle....THATS [non-permissible content removed] AND ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. They continue to add over $1500 in [non-permissible content removed] fees to the sale price of the truck and still say they aren’t making money...They were super rude about the whole situation and lost a sale over $400 that they couldn’t work with me on even though I was driving 3 1/2 to come buy a truck out right... horrible dealership I wouldn’t recommend them to worst new enemy.
