In April I leased my Challenger GT from T&C and this week we leased a Dodge Durango. Both of our experiences were very good, but our most recent purchase this week was outstanding. Jamie Yellin was our salesperson this time and he was awesome. He was thorough, easy to deal with and worked hard to earn our business. He made sure we got the precise car we wanted and worked with management there to get us the price we needed. More importantly he has already been a service after the sale. He made sure to let us know our lease return had been grounded with the bank and stepped up big time when there was trouble. We ended up with a nail in the tire of the Durango on the next morning after the car was picked up. When Jamie found out he made sure we were able to get the car to service for a rapid repair and put the fire out right away. Any salesperson can work with a good deal but it takes an exceptional salesperson to turn a bad situation good and that's precisely what he did.
