I recently took my car in for routine service at the Basil Dealership in Fredonia, NY. I must say that the service associate you took care of at the service desk was very helpful and courteous. I requested an additional service at the desk and the associate ensured they could take care of performing the service. All the service I requested in less than an hour. The associate was very professional and helpful.
