Service associate was friendly and respectful. He was thorough in his explanation of findings and recommendations for the items that we brought the vehicle in for. The sticker to reflect the updates on Oil, Brakes, Battery (goes in upper left corner of windshield) was forgotten (repeat occurrence) and it wasn't until I reviewed the Inspection check that there were other issues such as wipers, etc. A very large grease spot was left on my carpet liner from them lubricating a squealing pedal - thankfully I had a protective liner.
