Lazy people just waiting for your money

onYesterday talked with Debbie Kistoo who assured me that they have Honda Accord Hybrid, which I supposed to test drive. I have spent almost 2 hours in subway to get there, but once arrived there, I had been told that they do not have this car in stock. Would Debbie asked her coworkers in another room before she made appointment with me and make sure that the car is really available? As a result of her neglect, I have lost 4 hours of my time in packed subway. I have sent email and voice mail to Bronx Honda General Sales Manager Shawn Merchandani. Do you think I heard from him back? Of cause NOT. Stay away from Bronx Honda!
