One of the worst service experiences I've ever had! I came into the service department a few months ago to get an issue fixed in which my 2007 BMW would not accelerate properly. They said they had fixed some wiring and that the issue was resolved. I paid the $1100 and that was that. Fast forward to a few months later I'm having the exact same issue with the car down to the T. I brought the car back and they told me they would fix it free of charge if it was the same issue. They basically told me my car was old and that the car had other problems and they would not cover it. How convenient to say the car had other issues when they NEVER mentioned that when I first came in for repairs. How is it such a coincidence that the same issue can happen twice in a matter of months when I had JUST gotten a repair for that same issue? Incompetence is what it is. You go to certified dealerships so that the real experts can fix the problem and you pay top dollar for it too just so things like this don't occur. I was going to buy a brand new BMW in a couple months and after this I will never step foot into another Habberstad ever again. I am very disappointed in how this was handled, next time make sure you make all of your customers happy not just the ones who ride in with brand new cars.
