Recently brought my M6 convertible in for a battery wire recall, Steve Lagalla my service adviser is always a pleasure to deal with even when he has multiple things going on. Very friendly, goes out of his way to shake your hand, and makes sure you feel taken care of. Very thorough and professional dealership from the kid that greets you when you drive in to girls in the waiting lounge. Very accommodating had a 7:40 am appointment which i was 15 minutes late for and was still in my loaner and out the door by 8:05. picked my car up that evening after work to my surprise it was washed and vacuumed. Nothing but great things to say about BMW Bayshore
