Our BMW is out of warranty but Chris still gave my wife a loaner car and helped her transfer all her bags from the trunk.When I returned the loaner the next day I was greeted by Chris who directed me to the cashier as they promptly pulled up my vehicle.As I reviewed my bill I was suprised to see it was lower than I expected and I asked why? Vincent the service manager explained that due to a prior repair on the car he was able to get BMW to warranty the repair.Bravo Bayshore BMW for going above and beyond my expectations!
