My service advisor, Chris C. provided excellent customer service and updated me on a regular basis. I was given a loaner car (2013 BMW). I was pleasantly surprised and very grateful when I learned I was given a goodwill repair as a good-faith gesture for a very costly repair that was not covered under my warranty.
