Biggest mistake of my life

Wasn't told that my car does not have an alarm; wasn't told to activate my antitheft feature; Sirius subscription was never put through through the dealership; didn't receive a copy of my lease agreement upon signing; engine rattle developed within 2 months of driving the car; car was in service for three days & nothing was done; faulty trunk latch from day 1 (I was told that "just because a customer complains about something doesn't mean that we're gonna fix it"); no customer service whatsoever, phone calls are never returned. DO NOT GO TO BMW OF BAYSHORE, save your time & sanity!
