Recanting my previous review: we received our payment paperwork and the dealership totally misguided us on our payment and loan information. They set up our payments bimonthly and told us it would shorten our term loan and interest rate when Honda doesn’t even do that so it doesn’t help us at all. When we called them they didn’t even try help us. They wouldn’t take any responsibility. It’s very disheartening and frustrating.
