Pellegrino Auto Sales

Last week I stopped into look at a specific van. I was pretty frustrated with two other used car dealerships I had been working with and was quite apprehensive to start the process again. I went in and Joe Pellegrino was the sales person available to work with me. I asked for the van, he pulled it up quickly. I took it for a test drive and liked it, but there was a minor issue with the bumper. He assured me it would be repaired. I was satisfied, he helped me apply for a loan and was quickly approved. We arranged for me to pick it up after it was detailed and the minor damage fixed. He let me know it may take an extra day since they opted to install a whole new bumper, they wouldn't have been satisfied any other way. I was thrilled. It isn't something used car dealerships typically do, especially after the price was settled--this was going to cost them money. Today I went to pick up, all the paperwork was ready and the van was pristine. I truly couldn't be more thrilled with my experience with the dealership but especially Joe. I had such a bad taste in my mind from other dealerships-I will recommend them to everyone I know! Thanks, Joe!
