Lia Honda Albany

I brought my 2016 CRV in for its annual safety inspection, an oil change, tire rotation and other scheduled maintenance. As always, the service rep, Joe Riley, was a pleasure to work with. Professional, friendly and efficient, he clearly explained all of the work to be done and checked me in quickly. I waited for my car, but not too long, because the service was completed in about an hour or so. Afterwards, during the check-out process, Joe reviewed the work that was completed, the final cost, and the results of the inspection, as well as any possible upcoming maintenance items that might need to be addressed at my next visit. Over the years, I have found the Lia Honda (Colonie) service department to be consistently excellent, with friendly and professional staff who get the job done efficiently and at a reasonable cost. I have been purchasing and servicing my Hondas from Lia for nearly 20 years and will hopefully continue doing so for many more. Very satisfied with their performance, both in sales and service. Highly recommended.
