Steve Smith is a very outstanding Gentleman that went out of his way to accommodate us in our service needs for our 2021 Honda Accord Sport Sedan . Talk about going above and beyond and then some . From the start of the process Steve Smith @Lia Honda Albany NY kept us informed every step of the way and helped us out so much , for which we are very grateful . Steve Smith is a very Outstanding Gentleman and we are very grateful and appreciate the service we were provided !
