Ernest Walton was very helpful when I came into the service department for my appointment to help me find the AirPod that was hidden underneath my passenger front seat. Ernest spent quality time looking for it then he sent my vehicle into the back, where the staff took my seat out and found the AirPod. I was so thrilled!
