-First salesperson did not follow up -Second sales person left employment and no one got back to me -Agreed on a trade-in and inclusion of three oil changes with the sale -On May 28, dashboard lights came on, told to drop off the car, and wrongly offered a loaner vehicle -Told the sensors just need resetting -Informed of a recall that could cause stalling and told I’d receive a letter in September -Have not received a letter regarding recall -Arrived for maintenance but was told it was too early for maintenance work, despite receiving a notice from Lia -Learned the vehicle’s certification had been voided -Bret apologized for not documenting the promised three oil changes and offered two now, which didn’t match the original agreement 10/19/2024 sent above email to the “contact us” on the Lia page, as of 11/7 I have not heard back from them
