This is my 2nd leased car with Albany Lia Honda & both experiences were positive. My most recent lease in October was exceptional. The entire process from beginning to end was effortless due to Jai Patel. He was professional, personable, respectful & informative. He took time to go over all the features of the car & encouraged me to contact him with any questions.
