I've been taking my car to Lexus of ABQ for at least 16 years and have always found every member of the staff there to be very friendly, polite, and helpful. I've especially appreciated the personal service I have received from my service rep, Daniel Perez. And, bringing my car to Lexus comes with some really convenient extra perks like being able to book exact and convenient appointment times (by phone or online), getting a loaner when appropriate, and just the general attitude of everyone there (which is to treat their customers well).
