Performance Dodge Ram

ok so i went to the dealership on a saturday just looking around....i found a car i really like and it was a car have had previously owned. everything looked great. the car was perfect. i test drove it everthing seemed ok. i told the salesman that i would get back to him on monday because i had to check the insurance and all. so monday comes, he calls me 10 mins before i said i be there to work something out and says he has to go see his sister at the hospital,ok. tuesday i tell him i will be in that night, i said if we get a price i will buy it. so im sitting at the salesmans desk, i say lets go take it for a final test ride he askes me to sign some paper work so we can get the credit approval on the move .. i say ok? we come back and he leaves for 10 mins and the general sales manager comes up and tells me i have been approved and my payment is $248 a month... i said WHAT how did you come up with a payment he said the loan is for $9,000.00 something and i said we didnt even discuss the cost of the car he said "oh well you take the loan or you dont" i said NO and he game me my keys back and the my salesman came back and tried to lie to me about it and sell me the car for $5,000.00 more the the KBB value of it in excellent condition and would not budge in price on a used 2003 dodge stratus. Then the salesman procceds to tell me that it was hard to get me a loan i should be happy i got this since my credit was 513.....and i started to freak out in my mind cuz i know i have great credit so i say i dont wat this car for that much and left.. still upset that something happend to my credit i went to a free credit site and checked it and it was 721 .. they lie and are rude
