If you fill out your customer service survey with any negative language an employee will come out to the waiting area a challenge you about your negative review and embarrass you in front of the other customers. I personally will never buy a car from the dealership because of the service. Unfortunately I have to go back to get my car serviced for a radio that has not worked properly for over 4 months and going back there makes me nervous that all the employees will recognize me when I enter the building and will make car be taken care of properly. I might have to go to another Hyundai dealership to ensure my car get taken care of property.
