Great car but where is the service?

Horrible experience with Tenafly Honda. Yes I got the car I wanted but am stilling waiting on the plates! My temp tag expired on the 8th of August and I get the runaround from Julio C. Not to mention I traded in my vehicle and am still getting calls saying my payment is due and the loan hasn't been paid yet. Horrible customer service! They say they will make it up to me but nothing has been done. I wish I could write a great review but just can't.
