LOW BALLING, BAIT AND SWITCH.

onPlease AVOID this BMW dealer at all cost. LOW BALLING, BAIT AND SWITCH. Me and my family just went there to buy a new 2019 BMW X3. We already AGREE on OTD price through email. However, when we are in there, the dealer Bryant Bustemente show us a 300 mileage x3 car and said it's a new car. We ask if there's a new one with lower mileage and then he shows us a new one with the same exact features. After that, we are good to buy but then he increase the price, different from email price, and said it's his mistake and computer mistake when sending the email. At this time, we are not stupid. We are unhappy and assumes this stupid dealership never commit to his promise and lie to consumers.
