Payless Car Sales

Very disappointed. Purchased a car here last week and they were not honest about the price, adding in fees beyond the website price that I told them I didn't want and thought were removed. (2k destination fee which should not apply for a used car, and 3k protection plan fee which I said I didn't want.) The full price might have been on the contract but it was never verbally stated, implying the fees I didn't want were taken off. They only said the monthly price, not the full price.car? Additionally, I said repeatedly that I onlt want to buy it after I get it checked out by a mechanic and they reassured me that they have a 30 day mechanical fault buyback, but now I see in other reviews that they don't honor it. Felt pressured into it and not happy about paying more than I wanted to pay. Trying to argue to return this. Update April 2025: I see I cannot remove this review. The dealer and I came to an agreement about the car.
