I was looking for a highlander hybrid, so I submitted an online inquiry over the Internet, several months ago. They called me and told me that they had an hybrid in stock. I said ok, I'll be there. But before I left, I called the agent again to confirm I heard him correctly that he said hybrid. He confirmed that yes, they have an XLE-hybrid, which was the trim I was looking for. I was excited. I told my kids, and we all got into the car to go get our new car. Before I arrived at the dealership, I went to my bank and get a loan approval as I wanted to pick the car up the same day. However, when I arrived, they told me that, in fact, they didn't have a vehicle in stock. Then the stories and games to order one started. I stood my ground and left. They not only wasted my time, but they also made me obtain a loan approval, which is HORRIBLY DECEPTIVE and UNETHICAL, not to speak of unprofessional. So, the morale of the story is, DON'T TRUST WHAT THEY TELL YOU.
