Toyota of Runnemede

We went to Toyota of Runnemede (TR) for the first time. I found the agent and the manager exemplary in their friendliness and help with the purchase, which I had never seen before in my 25 years, and a dozen car purchases. However, post purchase all that changed. Those very folks became, by far, the worst that I had never seen before in my 25 years! I purchased RAV4 Hybrid. Included in the price was the Tax and 5 years Tags charge, which is normal with purchase of new vehicles. However, after nearly two months, and several reminders later, TR finally sent me the Registration document, but only with one year Tag. I asked them why should they provide one year registration despite charging 5 year fee. But it's nearly four months since that vehicle purchase, and dozens of reminders, TR has neither extended the tag to the promised 5 years, nor has refunded the excess money they charged. Their line: "it's being processed", or "the check is in the mail". I don't think it is. Although $250 is not a big deal, it just leaves bad taste in the mouth of the customer that the dealership he liked so much and trusted with the purchase, cheated over such a trivial sum. The fact that I had such excellent impression and high regards for TR dealership prior to purchase, the post purchase experience just shattered me.
