Toyota of Runnemede

I worked with Sam to purchase my car. He was incredibly patient and a pleasure to work with. He made the whole experience very pleasant and would recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a Toyota. Mike, the manager, was also helpful in finding us a car that was within our budget. I would have given this dealership 5 stars, but my whole experience was soured by Pete in finance. He was pushy and when we refused additional coverage he basically berated our intelligence and proceeded to tell us "we didn't understand". The experience was hostile, demeaning and insulting. He was incredibly unprofessional and I was embarrassed by the way he proceeded to speak to us. I was having a pleasant experience until this point. I would recommend this dealership to someone based on the sales team, but warn them about their horrendous customer service in finance. This man should not be allowed to deal with people.
