Did my research finding out what the Galves book value was since all of these dealers are in love with that guidebook....this dealership offered my perfectly good trade $2K LESS than Galves...It wasn't until I went down the street to buy a similar vehicle to find out that the dealership was trying to rip me off... It is a nice showroom...strange that the salesman is required to test drive the vehicle with you but I didn't pull any punches and talked with my spouse about the same issues that I would with or without him; but the salesman knew nothing about the vehicle...grant it was not an Infiniti... During negotiations, this dealership does your standard back and forth to the GM, who, after about 10 minutes of letting you sit there and fester, comes back with a better offer, one he should have come in with the first time, but still, not good enough for me to do a deal. In shopping around again, I would pass on this dealership...
