July 2009 Bought a used vehicle from Ramsey, thought it all went well until we received it the next day damaged from the sales guy (Freddie) who drove it to us for delivery and lied about how it became damaged, then refused to answer the phone when we tried to discuss it. Long story short we recevied a full refund after getting the manager involved. There was no way they could deny that this vehicle was damaged on the way to being delievered to us. Most dishonest expereince we ever had. Inspect the car fully and drive it off the lot yourself if you are even considering doing busines with these people. Better off going to a more honorable dealer.
