The service representative Luis was awesome. He helped make sure all of my issues were addressed and my car was fixed appropriately. My one area for improvement is the speed. This is not a reflection on Luis, but rather the process. He had to fill out so much paperwork and the service took 3 hours for a blown out tire. I had an 8AM appointment and didn’t leave until 11:15. Also, I was informed I was ‘lucky’ the wheel service member was in today. I submitted my service request for tire and wheel damage. I should have been informed that the person who fixes wheels is only in on certain days when I submitted the service request for a wheel issue. If I had happen to come in on a day when he wasn’t there I would have wasted my entire morning. I also had to order the tire myself to make sure it was there because it is an exotic tire and I just thought it prudent to call ahead. Proactive outreach from the service team would have ensured the tire was in stock, and the wheel service member was in on the day I happened to come in.
