When you arrive you are met by a pleasant employee checks you in and directs you to your service manager, mine is Lou and he is more than professional and courteous. Wait in their spacious lounge area have a free water or coffee, they let you know car will be ready shortly after they wash and dry it. Afterwards you review a video from the person performing the service of your car and any issues they may have seen. Overall a very nice experience, I will be getting my next vehicle at Paul Miller again.
