Had a major collision and my 2018 Audi Q5 was totaled on a Thursday last March. While it was a traumatic experience as the accident took place right after I had the Audi serviced on my way home from Paul Miller Audi, I met Peter Wendell who saved the day and helped me find my new 2022 Q5 Prestige model in the exact exterior and interior color I wanted at the factory. From my first interaction with him only 2 days after my accident on a Saturday (I was introduced to him by Chris, service manager) by Tuesday he had locked in my vehicle for delivery within 3 months, qualified my application for financing and provided me status updates as we waited for delivery. Peter is one of the best sales people I've met. His knowledge, demeanor and integrity gave me great confidence and I felt cared for given how my accident turned into such a positive experience. His assistant Tim was also wonderful as he helped orient me to all the cool technology and upgrades my new Audi came with. My career is also in sales and I know and appreciate what it means to have this type of support. I'm a loyal Audi customer and my loyalty is now even more elevated after having this type of interaction with Peter and team.
