We were trading in my fathers SUV for a mini van to accommodate a growing family and Andy was very accommodating. He helped to make sure the entire trade in and purchase process went incredibly smoothly. The day i went to go pick up the car (yesterday), he was actually helping another customer who was torn between what vehicle to purchase so i sat in an empty cubicle while waiting for Andy to finish up. The guy took longer than I expected and Andy actually offered me his lunch since the wait was carrying past lunch time. How much better can customer service get than that...
