DCH Academy Honda

I had gone to several different dealerships, began to feel frustrated, and just almost gave up hope on getting a new car. My last chance was DCH Academy Honda, I can now say I definitely saved the best for last. I can not begin to explain how helpful Essam (Sam) B. was, and how he put me at ease through the process. He was very friendly, and thorough. He made sure that I understood everything, all the paperwork, exactly what I would be purchasing, as well as any questions I had. To top it off, he searched sister stores to locate my dream car in the dream color I wanted. Thanks to Essam I have finally been able to get the 2013 Honda Pilot, the car I have been dreaming about for the past 8 years. I even brought some people with me and they saw the process and how he was very helpful and friendly. They requested his business card and I know we will all be recommending him to others.
