DCH Academy Honda

I have been looking for a Ridgeline for a couple of months. A so called friend of mine had this great deal he said he was working out for me being his was in the car business for 35 plus years. Well being he was blowing smoke up his butt and had nothing as I found out , I started on my own with the deal he said he had. I went to Open Road in Edison, Princeton Honda , Nissan and Hyundai were emails back and forth. Feeling completely overwhelmed and discussed ready to just give up and keep the truck I had. Thank goodness Carolyn at DCH Academy Honda called while I was just sitting at home looking online at Ridgelines and asked if I could stop by. I said I’ll head over and see what they say. This being my last straw!!! Boy when I first got there I was extremely upset with the first salesman, that just said “Hey” as soon as walked in. I thought maybe a “Hello welcome to DCH Academy Honda, how can I help you” would’ve been better. On the verge of leaving I called Carolyn back and she sent someone out to better help me. Boy oh boy and I glad she did that. I really wish I was better this names but I think she sent the used car manager out to talk with me. Give me one second I’m going to call them because they all deserve the recognition of being great at what they do. Ok just got off the phone with DCH ACADEMY HONDA. Armando was awesome !!!! He helped kick the numbers around and get me into the truck I wanted. Enrique was just walking buy and BOOM willing to help finish up all the paperwork and he was extremely happy and nice. Just with these two guys I was very nope freaking extremely happy that Carolyn sent Armando out to me and Enrique was at the right spot at the right time. Marcus who works in finance and did the end paperwork was a pleasant great guy to deal with. All the people I dealt with were happy, nice, experienced, and made my last straw I’m giving up to my go to dealership. I want to thank you all for making my experience with your dealership an excellent experience.
