I had a great experience leasing the 2013 Accord Sport at DCH Academy in Old Bridge! Jennifer was helpful in confirming the deal posted online, Erich was super friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and not pushy, and Tian was a pleasure to work with. Erich helped me make the great decision of going with the Sport model over the standard LE, yet didn't do it in a pushy way, trying to convince me to spend more against my will. He simply introduced to me the Sport model and the moment I said I don't think I'll need the upgrade, he didn't mention it again until I thought it through and at the end asked to see the Sport again. If he had pushed and tried to oversell it, it would have turned me off more from even considering it. Erich was efficient and made sure I was making the best decision for my family. No games, no gimmicks. Very genuine and straight forward. After I picked the car, I met with Tian to go over the finances and after I left the dealer and realized the next day that I didn't need to add the extended service, Tian got back to me right away and gladly resolved the issue efficiently. Overall, I am very satisfied and am so glad that I went with DCH Academy Honda!
